When calling to confirm my portable oxygen rental for June 24,25 I was told they had no record of it. The department manager took over my call. He went above and beyond to solve my problem, doing everything he could possibly do. As an end result, he will have a portable unit available for me to pick up on the dates needed. He was great and saved me a broken heart thinking I wouldn’t be able to make my trip to IL. I can’t say enough good things about him. When it comes to customer service, he takes the prize!!

I rented a lift chair from Oswald's Pharmacy and it was delivered promptly to my apartment. The delivery person (Steven) was courteous, efficient and thorough in putting together/setting up the chair - excellent service. After my need for use ended, the chair was picked up and again the experience was excellent - Jose was the pick-up person. I was very pleased with the chair and with the service and would recommend them highly.
