Had Doug service. Consultant. Came out day after I contacted the store that we were having problems with a Golden electric lift chair. They asked about issues we had with chair I felt they listen to my thoughts on the matter, arranged the next day service Doug was on time very friendly and extremely well versed on working on this chair he diagnosis the problem and had it repaired within half hour. The bill was exactly what was quoted and I was able to write a cheque. If i ever have a need to refer anyone looking for their services I would definitely tell them Motion Cares Elli Vanwijngaarden.
