I had called first to see if they had wheel chairs available. They said yes and they Bill Medicare. I go there and woman stand in doorway asked me what did I want. I knew it was about to be some mess. I told her I had a prescription for wheelchair from ER and had broken the major bones in my foot. She then tell me if using Medicare I need an appointment but none of that was mentioned during the call. She then say I got to have the right Medicare card. Well I have Medicare with all the coverage. Then she say I can’t use Medicare for a temporary condition. Sad to say … I lost it then and told her she was a racist ass store Bitch. I know people get equipment for various conditions and lengths of time. I told her i was going to report them to Medicare and post the behavior on Yelp. Another person came up said they also had rentals wheelchair. I rented one and was upset being subjected to her racist tactics. I was on crutches at 70 years old and in pain from a complete broken foot and had to endure her racist bull shit. I wanted to punch her in the throat but she wasn’t worth it. I got the wheel chair and she and several others came up to me and apologized. Too late I’m posting their behavior. Beware!
