Adapt took over AeroCare, have used both facilities here in Winston-Salem and in Denver, Colorado. I call the Inept Health. no matter what location they operated the same, I have no idea how they stay in business. What a circus dealing with this company. Even trying to order supplies, same business acumen. You are moved from person to person, cannot get an order straight, doctor sent in several prescriptions for the same machine and then they lie about the process and not receiving the correct prescription. They are INEPT Health not ADAPT Health. Go somewhere else if you can. Rate this 0.

I would also give a ZERO if possible. Sent an 89 year old woman to collections for $6.70. ARE YOU SERIOUS!

I would give a zero if possible. I miss SleepMed. Adapt health is the worst, absolute worst medical provider I have ever experienced! Wrong location on google maps. Called to find help with the new location in Winston Salem and the 1-800 number is the ONLY contact number available! They did not have a clue where the office was. Waited 15 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. Did not have my mask in stock so I tried a new one that did not work for me! They already shipped more of the masks that did not work! All about the money. Called to have my old masks mailed to me and they could not find the mask I have used for 5 years! I will never go back and do not recommend them. The most frustrating experience ever. SleepMed patients beware.
