2 months ago my Doctor ordered Portable Oxygen for me. I am still waiting for delivery. The first time they decided to deliver - 1 week ago, there were no calls of date or time - they just showed up on a specific date that I advised technicians that I would not be home. It took another week for me to schedule delivery. I choose AM delivery and was told they would arrive between 10a-12p. I also gave a specific phone number to call prior to arrival. I found out that the driver called the wrong phone number at 1045a to tell me to schedule delivery. I spent 2 hours trying to find out what was going on- do I need to reschedule - I was told no they are still coming then I called to speak to local office but unable to reach anyone. 800 service told me that the driver would call me. Adapt seems to have adopted Advanced Healthcare's policy of horrible customer care and service.
