Return Policy

Purchases from stander.com are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery (excluding clearance items). Yes, the brakes of the EZ Fold-N-Go Rollator are adjustable by tightening the adjustment knob near the rear wheels. Brakes are calibrated during the manufacturing process, but we recommend performing a routine check upon arrival and before first use. Over time, the brakes may loosen and need to be tightened.

Wear and tear items such as wheels, brake pads, pouch, hanging basket, hand grips, and back rest are not covered under Stander’s limited lifetime guarantee. Replacements for these items can be purchased.
