Purchases from stander.com are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery (excluding clearance items). Upon arrival, returned items will be inspected to ensure all original parts and/or pieces are included in the return. Once the item has been inspected, the customer will receive a full refund for the purchase amount.

Return Shipping

Stander will pay return shipping in cases of defective product and/or mis-shipment. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Stander products can be registered for a 100% lifetime satisfaction guarantee, which means you can purchase with confidence knowing that Stander will stand behind its products. If you are unsatisfied with a product, a customer service agent will work with you to ensure complete satisfaction.

Are all Stander products covered by the Lifetime Guarantee?

After a product is registered it is covered by our 100% Satisfaction Lifetime Guarantee.

Our guarantee does not include normal wear and tear items such as brake pads, hand grips, wheels, ski glides, etc. Replacements parts are available for purchase as needed. 

What should I do if I receive a product that is damaged or defective?

Returns on Damaged or Defective Items

In the event that a damaged or defective product is delivered to you, please contact Stander’s customer service team immediately at 1-800-506-9901 and they will work to resolve the situation. In preparation, please have the following information available:

    • A detailed description of the damage or defect including how the item was delivered¬†
    • The Lot number that is inscribed on the product
    • Pictures showing the damages or defects to be emailed to customer service

In most cases, Stander will ask that the item be returned for inspection. Returns should be made in the original packaging if available and Stander will refund the cost of return shipping.

How will I get my refund?

Refund Policy

A refund can be expected within four weeks of your package arriving at our processing facility. In most cases refunds will be completed sooner, but depend on the following factors:

    • The time required for return shipping
    • The time required to inspect the product at our processing facility
    • The time required for your financial institution to process the return

You will be notified by email with the details of the refund. All refunds will be issued back to the form of payment used to make the purchase.

What if something is missing from my order?

Missing Items Policy

Stander encourages all customers to inspect the contents of their package(s) upon delivery. If any items or pieces are missing, please contact the customer service team at 1-800-506-9901 within 72 hours of delivery and we will send the missing item or pieces to you.

Replacement parts are available to purchase for any pieces that may be lost over time.
