Worst customer service I've ever have anywhere. I'm a paraplegic, I'm paralyzed from the aist down. I'm also very active for a paraplegic. At my first visit Kenton asked about my previous wheelchair setup because I was using a loner. I told him what I had previously and that my not a normal araplegic. I told him I had an air cushion, arm bars the swing out type and I didn't need wheelie bars. He also measured me. When I get my wheelchair it doesn't have an air cushion, has arm bars but they don't swing out and it had wheelie bars (which I told him I didn't need). The cushion he got me is way too thin and way too long, two inches longer than my other cushion cover. The arm bars are too high and do not adjust down. I mentioned that that wasn't an air cushion and I was told that an air cushion isn't what I needed and I was measured and everything I to fit me. The cushion is not fit to me. I don't have a regular butt, there's nothing but hip bone down there. He told me he didn't have that I needed an air cushion wrote down or anything else. I guess he didn't write down the measurements he took either. The wheelchair just does not fit me and the thin cushion is causing me problems. So I call and talk to Kenton a couple weeks later and he tells me that's the best cushion and that he measured me and that I didn't know what I was talking about because he's been doing this for 20+ years. I know what I need cause I've been a paraplegic for 12 years. This wheelchair has made my life very very difficult the last 10 months. He offered to replace the arm rests and that's it. I don't feel I should make him another dollar when he hasn't done what I've asked. I wouldn't have accepted this wheelchair if I was paying with my own money. But since it's insurance I feel like he thinks he can do whatever he wants. The customer is always right unless insurance is paying for it. In my opinion he put parts on my chair that he had on the shelf to make a couple extra dollars. Mark up. Like I said he didn't want to try and resolve that issues he just wanted to tell me he's been doing this 20+ years. Some people have problems with admitting they're wrong. Who many years has Kenton been in a wheelchair?? Wish I had the option to give zero stars.
