Motion Kitchener

Motion was the second mobility business in Kitchener that I approached regarding brake repair on an older Titan walker. The first business advised of a $80 consultation cost and after appraisal indicated that repairs could be in the $400 range and advised that I would be further ahead purchasing a new walker. I then visited Motion - Kitchener for an estimate re brake repairs. A Motion technician investigated the problem and within 5 minutes advised that the brakes could be repaired with minor grinding, adjusting and no new replacement parts. The estimate was for labour only and would take 1/2 hour. Motion repaired the brakes within 1/2 hour at a cost of 10% of the first business estimate. Motion proved knowledgeable & reliable, without the sole intent of selling me a new walker. First class service and trustworthy. For me there is only 1 mobility service in Kitchener and that is Motion.
