8/4/23 I called at 4:18pm and requested a new oxygen machine and 4 portable tanks for my father Paul Pruitt dob 2/12/1940, 4195 NC Hwy 87 North, Pittsboro,NC. Whoever came to our house didn’t ring the doorbell and never knocked on our door because if they had our Great Pyrenees would have barked.
