PART I – NORMAL BUSINESS
I started looking for a Vertical Platform Lift in MAY 8, 2024 . I found this company on the manufacturer's website (HARMAR) , called and requested to be contacted.
Someone contacted me ( his name is SEVAL ), I sent some pictures where I wanted the lift to be installed and we agreed on the price .
Paid for it on MAY 16,2024 ( REMEMBER THIS DATE )
Exchanged some phone calls and e-mails with SEVAL and on JULY 19,2024 he told me that everything is all set . He sent me an email “ I will contact the installers “ .
That was it, that is were the PART II started :
PART II – UNHUMAN BEHAVIOUR
Please excuse my language, but you will understand why I call it “ UNHUMAN “ . I am on wheelchair and I NEEDED IT before the winter.
From July 19,2024 I waited for SEVAL to contact me about the date of installation . Try to call or text him but all I got in response was :
1-I have been sick with COVID – 1 week ( I told him , no problem, get better)
2-my daughter was sick- 1 week ( I understand , I have a daughter too )
3- I AM WAITING FOR A PART ??????
On OCTOBER 1,2024 I received a text “ I am waiting for the installers ...”
After that ... silence.
Another lady called and texted me “ I will contact Seval and let you know ...”
Try to text and call again ( the lady too) , but nothing.
Suddenly, without any notification, they put the money back on my credit card on OCTOBER 11,2024 ( REMEMBER THIS DATE TOO )???
So, paid for the lift on MAY 16,2024 , returned my money on OCTOBER 11,2024 .... 5 MONTHS
I never left a bad review on my life, but I think this company deserve it , especially this guy SEVAL ( he may be the owner , I think, since I was trying to complain , but no one cared )
If anyone from the company will try to explain , I am telling you, I have emails, texts and phone logs... NO EXPLANATION NEEDED.
