What is Stander's return policy?

Purchases from stander.com or through Stander customer service that are unused and in their original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase date (excluding clearance items). Please include a copy of the invoice or packaging slip in any returned product.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department during our business hours (8 AM to 5 PM MST, Monday through Friday) to receive a Return Authorization number and instructions.

What kind of warranty is offered on Stander products?

Stander products can be registered for a 100% lifetime satisfaction guarantee, which means you can purchase with confidence knowing that Stander will stand behind its products. If you are unsatisfied with a product, a customer service agent will work with you to ensure complete satisfaction.

After a product is registered it is covered by our 100% Satisfaction Lifetime Guarantee.

Our guarantee does not include normal wear and tear items such as brake pads, hand grips, wheels, ski glides, etc. Replacements parts for such items are available for purchase as needed.

What shipping options are available?

Stander utilizes a tiered flat rate shipping system for all orders within the United States. Shipping charges are based on item weight and dimensions. Larger and heavier items are subject to higher shipping rates. All orders are shipped from our warehouse facility located in Utah, USA.

Is there anywhere I can purchase Stander products in a store?

Can I use insurance or Medicare to cover the cost?

No, Stander products do not have the required codes to be billed to insurance or Medicare. If you would like more information about insurance or Medicare billing, please contact your insurance provider.

Do you have any bed rails that will work on adjustable beds?

While most bed rails are compatible with adjustable beds, Stander has the only two bed rails that are designed and approved for safe use on adjustable base beds. These bed rails work with adjustable beds with a wood platform and must be permanently attached to the bed platform with the provided hardware.
