Cancellation Policy
Stander works hard to ensure that every order makes it from our warehouse to your front porch as quickly as possible. Please carefully review your delivery and payment information before submitting your order. Once an order has been placed it cannot be modified.
If there is a mistake with your order and you need to cancel, please contact our Customer Service immediately. If an order has already been fulfilled prior to contact, please refer to our return policy.
Returns
Purchases from wonderproducts.com or through Stander customer service that are unused and in their original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase date (excluding clearance items). Please include a copy of the invoice or packaging slip in any returned product.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department during our business hours (8 AM to 5 PM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday) to receive a Return Authorization number and instructions.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products and/or mis-shipments. Upon arrival of the return, items will be inspected to ensure that all original parts and/or pieces are included in the return. Once the item has been inspected, the customer will receive a full refund for the purchase amount.
Return Policy Rules
Damaged or Defective Products
In the event that a damaged or defective product is delivered to you, please contact Stander’s customer service team immediately and they will work to resolve the situation. In preparation, please have the following information available:
· A detailed description of the damage or defect including how the item was delivered
· The LOT Number that is inscribed on the product
· Pictures showing the damages or defects to be emailed to customer service
In most cases, Stander will ask that the item be returned for inspection. Returns should be made in the original packaging and Stander will refund the cost of return shipping.
Refund Policy
A refund can be expected within four weeks of your package arriving at our processing facility. In most cases refunds will be completed sooner but depend on 1) the time required for return shipping 2) the time required for the item to be inspected at our processing facility, and 3) the time required for your financial institution to process the refund.
You will be notified by email with the details of the refund. All refunds will be issued back to the form of payment used to make the original purchase.
Missing Items Policy
Stander encourages all customers to inspect the contents of their package upon delivery. If any items are missing, please contact Stander’s customer service team within 72 hours of delivery and we will send the missing item or pieces to you. Replacement parts are available to purchase for any pieces that may be lost over time.
