The Floor to Ceiling Grab Bar can be installed anywhere there is a flat floor and flat ceiling, including the bathroom, bedroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen. It cannot be used inside of a bathtub or shower, on a loose rug, or on a paneled or vaulted ceiling.

Can the transfer pole be adjusted to fit different ceiling heights?

Yes, the transfer pole is height adjustable to fit flat ceilings between 7 and 9 ft. 6 inches tall.

How does the transfer pole enhance mobility and independence?

The transfer pole can be installed anywhere that poses a fall risk. The double handles provides leverage and support to sit, stand, or balance without caregiver assistance.

Does the pole mount to the floor or ceiling?

The Floor to Ceiling Grab Bar installs using tension between the floor and ceiling, no drilling required. For additional security, hardware is included to hard-mount the pole to the floor and ceiling if desired, but is not required.

Can I use the Floor to Ceiling Grab Bar inside a bathtub or shower?

Can I install it on a vaulted ceiling?

No, the floor to ceiling grab bar must be installed on a flat ceiling between 7 feet and 9 feet 6 inches tall.
