Shipping & Delivery
Stander utilizes a tiered flat rate shipping system for all orders within the United States. Shipping charges are based on item weight and dimensions. Larger and heavier items are subject to higher shipping rates. All orders are shipped from our warehouse facility located in Utah, USA.
Stander works hard to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. Please allow up to two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for an order to be shipped. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be provided via email to the customer.
Once a package has been handed to the delivery carrier, shipping and handling are the responsibility of said carrier. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.
Stander is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, please contact our customer service immediately.
Shipping Restrictions
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
Cancellations
After an order has been submitted, processing begins, and the order cannot be canceled. Please see our Return Policy for more information regarding cancelling an order.
Returns
Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the original purchased dates. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. For more information on returns, please see our Returns Policy.
