The Sure Stand Straight Pole can be installed anywhere in the home, including the bathroom, bedroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen. The Sure Stand Straight Pole cannot be used inside of a bathtub or shower, on a loose rug, or on a paneled ceiling.

Can the Sure Stand Straight Pole be adjusted to fit different ceiling heights?

Yes, the Sure Stand Straight Pole is height adjustable to fit flat ceilings between 7 and 10 feet tall. For taller ceilings, we offer an extension piece accessory that accommodates ceilings from 10 to 12 feet tall.

Does the Sure Stand Straight Pole mount to the floor or ceiling?

The Sure Stand Straight Pole installs using tension between the floor and ceiling, no drilling required. For additional security, hardware is included to hard-mount the pole to the floor and ceiling if desired, but is not required unless being used on a vaulted ceiling.

Can I use the Sure Stand Straight Pole inside a bathtub or shower?

No, we do not recommend installing the Sure Stand Straight Pole inside of a shower. For assistance while bathing, check out the Wonder Bathtub Pole.

Can the Sure Stand Straight Pole be used with ceilings higher than 10 feet?

The Sure Stand Straight Pole can be adjusted to fit ceilings 7 to 10 feet tall. An extension piece can be purchased separately to accommodate ceiling heights from 10 to 12 feet tall.

Can I install the Sure Stand Straight Pole on a vaulted ceiling?

Yes, the Sure Stand Straight Pole can accommodate both flat and slanted/vaulted ceilings. If being used on a vaulted ceilings, it is required to mount the pole into the floor and ceiling.
