If the products do not sell, we will take them back and issue a full refund for the cost of the product.

Authorization and Acceptance of Terms

Ownership of all goods supplied will not pass to the customer until all sums in respect of those goods, and in respect of any other goods or services supplied by Standers, Inc., have been paid in full, in cleared funds. However, risk of damage to, or loss of the goods passes to the customer on delivery. This clause shall apply to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions whether expressed, or implied, and shall only be varied, if agreed on in writing, by a duly authorized representative of Standers, Inc.I hereby authorize Standers, Inc. to obtain information from the references listed above.
